The license that ships with Litium Studio (this also applies on upgrade versions) is only a time limited evaluation license, and must be replaced by a correct license for the new version. Otherwise, when the evaluation time has expired, the installation can no longer be used.

When you have requested a new license, you will receive an e-mail with the license file and a new system password. When you have replaced the system password, the text "Not for commercial use" will be removed from the title bar.
License file
The license file should be added in the /BIN folder of the web project.
System password
Open the table Foundation_User and find the row where LoginName = ‘System’. In that row of the System user, paste the encrypted password into the column Password and add null (ctrl + 0) to the column PasswordSalt.
Now open web.config and replace the value of SystemUserPassword to the unencrypted password.
