Page types: Application Form
Application form that can be used as order form or simple questionnaire. All information is saved for further use. It is possible to e-mail each form answer to a specific e-mail address. Fields of the form can be created dynamically.
The following field types are available; text field one row, text field multirow, zip code, integer, e-mail address, date, file upload, drop down list, radio list, checkbox list, delimiter and delimiter with title.
